The difference from cooked sausage is the texture.
Because there is no heating during the manufacturing process, the protein contained in the meat of the dough does not harden.
It has a different texture from cooked sausage.
There are two types of sausage: raw sausage (arabiki) and raw sausage (kinubiki).
Arabiki has a juicy taste with the juice coming out every time you bite into it.
Kinubiki is characterized by its fluffy texture and smooth taste.
Also, by storing it in the freezer, you can always enjoy fresh sausage.
