Every year, ARK holds either an employee training trip or a sports day, and this year is the year of the employee training trip.
Employee training trips are useful for companies that can be helpful in their daily work, or for companies that are trying to move forward.
The goal is to share the direction with all employees.
Of course, one of the important purposes is to spend time interacting with employees who don't get to see each other often.
There are day courses and overnight courses, and even for the same course, it is impossible for everyone to go at the same time due to business reasons.
The training trip is divided into 3 times each, making a total of 6 times.

I participated in the overnight course on September 6th and 7th.
The current members are 11 men and 5 women, including two new employees.
Places to visit: ①Tsukioka Farm Farmhouse Restaurant Vineyard in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture
② “snow peak” in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture
                                ③ BRITOMART, Tamura District, Fukushima Prefecture.

The accommodation was camping at snow peak. Everyone set up the tent, cooked the food, and cleaned up. .

On that day, it only rained occasionally, but there was no problem at all, and occasionally stars could be seen through the clear sky.
Some people saw shooting stars while lying on the ground.

The fried noodles were eaten up in no time, the sausage was gone from the grilled end, and the thick Tategamori Plateau pork was huge.
I feel like I've finally calmed down after eating one spare rib each.
During that time, I emptied all the beer, chuhai, 2 bottles of shochu, 2 bottles of wine, and 1 bottle of bourbon,
It was like a world of pirates in anime.

(All camping equipment is made by Snow Peak. They are all items that anyone can easily enjoy)

I thought camping at Tategamori Plateau would be good because there are no obstacles or lights around the ranch.
