September 15th and September 16th will be the “Tategamori Pork Festival ~Customer Appreciation Festival~”! !
Today, September 15th, we held a roasted Tategamori Plateau pork carcass, cordial made with fresh herbs, a tonton derby, and a Kobu Cafe.
I'm glad everyone enjoyed it! !

Tomorrow, September 16th, there will be a drone operation experience (for those who have made a reservation), a large pot of offal, Tonton derby, a model photo session and photo show for a walk around the farm (for those who have made a reservation), a Kobu cafe, a mini rootie bouquet, etc. We will hold an event.
