This is Ito from the Agriculture and Pasture Department.

This year, I have been appointed as the executive committee chairperson for the employee training trip.
This employee training trip is for companies that can be helpful in their daily work, and for companies that are trying to move forward.
The goal is to share the direction with all employees.

This time, I went to see and experience ``Snow Peak'' in Niigata and ``BRITOMART'' in Fukushima.

We had a delicious buffet here.

As of September 17th, we were able to complete all of this year's employee training trip dates.

After completing this employee training trip, I realized how difficult it is to lead a committee as the chairperson.
I also realized the importance of the cooperation of committee members and other employees.

However, the fact that the employees were able to learn a lot on this company trip is that
I was very happy, and I was able to learn a lot through this trip.
I hope to be able to utilize what I learned from this committee and trip in my future work.
I will try my best.
