A large amount of onions are harvested every year from the fields within Tategamori Ark Farm.
Harvested onions are not only used as ingredients at Restaurant Till's and BBQ Terrace, but also as part of the raw material for our signature product, "sausage."
Naturally, the cultivation method is organic and pesticide-free, and it is true that the yield is unstable, but in order to deliver "safety and security" without giving in to this, we will continue to grow more than 50,000 seedlings this year. The event was carried out over three days with the full mobilization of Makibe and Tira Farm staff.
From now on, both the seedlings and we will do our best without succumbing to diseases until the harvest in June.
