At the beginning of 2019, we started a buffet on January 5th and 6th.

This was the first time we were holding the event at the same time as the farm market's first sale, and we were anxious about how many customers would come as we prepared.

This time, I wanted to incorporate a New Year's menu, such as chawanmushi, simmered dishes, and fukashi (fukashi), which are not usually served at Till's, so I was worried that people would be happy to try them.

We saw many regular customers who always come on Saturdays.
