Hello!
Valentine's Day is almost here ☺︎︎
Every year I worry about what kind of chocolate to give as a gift to my family, lover, friends, and people at work who are indebted to me on a daily basis (´-`).。oO
Beautifully made chocolates from specialty stores are nice, but you might want to give handmade chocolates as a gift!
So this time, I'd like to introduce a simple chocolate recipe that can be made using nuts sold by weight at the Ark Farm Farm Market.
"Chocolate salami made with your favorite nuts"
material
・2 chocolate bars
・Fresh cream 50cc
・Cream cheese (appropriate amount)
・Nuts of your choice (I used pumpkin seeds and mixed nuts this time)
・Cocoa powder (this time I used the one from Ohsawa Japan that is sold at the farm market♪)
↑The ingredients used for this recipe are sold at the farm market♪
How to make
① Melt the finely crushed chocolate over a double boiler.
② Add fresh cream to ①.
③ Add nuts and cream cheese to ② and mix.
④ Wrap the mixed chocolate in plastic wrap to make it look like a candy and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to harden.
⑤ Cut the hardened chocolate into the desired size, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and it's done!
It was so easy to make that even I, a beginner in sweets making, was able to make it by simply melting the chocolate and mixing the ingredients (-^〇^-)
When I tried it, the crunchy texture of the nuts was delicious ♡
I think it would be delicious to mix not only nuts but also dried fruits! (We also sell dried fruits by weight!)
Please try it☆
