This year, I served as the chairperson of the Employee Satisfaction Improvement Committee.
The Employee Satisfaction Improvement Committee is a committee that aims to improve the satisfaction level of each employee.

This year's activities aimed at listening to the opinions of each employee and creating a comfortable working environment for everyone.
There are many things that we have improved on, and things that we still need to work on, but there is no end to this activity.
I would like to continue to do my best to create a workplace where everyone can enjoy working as much as possible.
