It is one of the founder's favorite dishes, and is a collection of the most delicious parts.
It doesn't have the greasyness that is typical of pork, and the lean meat is tender, so even women can eat it in one serving.
Last year we were only able to prepare a small amount, but this time we have specially increased the quantity.
Thanks to all of you, we sold out immediately every day, and we apologize for not being able to offer it to our customers.
We plan to sell it again next year, so please come early.
What makes me happy about the event is the people who always come and the people who use our regular service.
It's a great opportunity to meet all the fans who always buy at the store.
