This year's Customer Satisfaction Improvement Committee will conduct a customer survey during Golden Week.
This was done for the guests who attended.
What we did this time is...
At the entrance of Restaurant Til's, there is a message saying ``How did you hear about Ark Ranch?''
At the farm market, we ask, “Where are you from?”
We carried out the following.
We changed the color of the stickers for each age and had them paste the stickers in the appropriate places.
The results of your cooperation will help us distribute future Ark Farm event flyers and improve our customer experience.
We will use it to guide you.
This is our first attempt at this, and we will conduct other surveys in the future.
I plan to implement it.

Also, on June 1st and 2nd, we will be holding a farm guide that we have been doing since last year.
We will implement it. Our staff will be on hand at the farm to greet our customers.
