Today I would like to talk about the 5S activities carried out at my company.
First, we decide in advance the content and location of the monthly 5S activities for each department for one year, and then carry out activities according to the content.

The most recent activity was cleaning the gutters around the disinfection gate at the entrance to the farm. Fallen leaves, mud, gravel, etc. accumulate in the gutters, so we regularly clean the gutters through 5S activities.
We all set a time and do the activities together.

Next time, we will be doing a 5S activity for the tool storage area, so we will be focusing on organizing, tidying, cleaning, cleanliness, and discipline.
