In the past, did eggs hatch into chicks?

Hello!

Did you know that the old eggs sold at Tategamori Ark Farm are actually fertilized eggs?
Fertile eggs are eggs that have been fertilized and have the potential to hatch when warmed.

Eggs sold at supermarkets are called infertile eggs, and no matter how much you warm them, they will not turn into chicks.
However, fertile eggs are eggs that may produce chicks if kept warm.

↑This is a chicken incubating an egg.

By the way, the reason why old eggs are fertilized is because roosters and hens are raised in the same chicken house.
In ordinary chicken houses, even if only hens are kept, they will still produce unfertilized eggs, so most chicken houses are kept only with hens.
However, in Ark, fertile eggs are produced because the roosters and hens are kept together!

By the way, just leaving an old egg there will not turn it into a chick.
If you keep it warm at around 37℃ for about 3 weeks, they may hatch.
Therefore, it is difficult to hatch them, but if you are interested in chickens, why not try using old eggs?
