I am currently in charge of mail order in the sales department, so I think about campaigns for online shops and catalogs,
We perform various tasks for customers who use mail order, such as writing letters and e-mail magazines to customers.

I apologize for writing a personal story on a blog that should be about the ranch.
I would like to talk a little bit here.
Actually, until June of this year, I was working at the farm office in Iwate.
Due to family circumstances, I have been working at my parents' house in Nagano Prefecture since July.

Right now, I'm writing this blog in the room I use as my workplace at my parents' house, and I'm banging on my computer.

This year, we have five people in charge of mail order.
I used to have a meeting once a week in my company.
Now, we are connected via Skype and hold meetings once a week via the internet.

Two and a half months have passed since this system was established.
My job has not changed that much.
I felt that I could work as long as I had an internet environment.
As expected, the staff in Iwate cannot communicate immediately (although we communicate by phone),
Unlike me, I hear that there are places where you feel inconvenient.
There are still issues to be solved, but in order to reduce the burden on the staff in Iwate even a little,
I will continue to work so that my juniors, who have become more reliable, will learn more about my work.
Of course, if this doesn't work,
In the future, it is possible that there will be no more examples of this type of work within the company.
We will work hard to achieve our goals.

When I told my acquaintances that I was working from home,
Someone told me it was "advanced".
As I wrote above, if we do not produce results,
Ark is an industry that is difficult to get productivity of "agriculture",
Even so, the attitude of adopting a new work style as a company
In pursuit of manufacturing and services such as ARK's "safety and security" and "deliciousness",
I think that this is also connected to the attitude of flexibly adopting various methods and continuing to evolve on a daily basis.

This time, I became one of those who put into practice a new way of working.
In the future, I think that this kind of work style will increase.
