Santa has come to Tategamori Ark Farm again this year.
Every year, all employees receive a Christmas cake using the company's managing director's pocket money!
This year at “Buche de Noël”
On top of the cake are crushed nuts and human-shaped ginger cookies.

This cake is made at the farm market bakery at Tategamori Ark Farm.
Handmade using plenty of additive-free raw materials (egg, wheat, etc.) produced in-house.

In French, Noel means "Christmas" and Busche means "tree" and means "Christmas tree".
