Bread corner, renewal!

The bread corner has been renewed cutely like a bakery.

There are still few types, but they are cutely displayed in baskets.

The other day, there was a customer taking pictures of this corner with a camera! I was happy.

And with the renewal, I would like to increase the types of bread, albeit little by little.

It's only on Saturdays and Sundays, but we're putting out raisin butter top and rich boolean.

When rehydrating the raisins in the raisin bread, make sure that the raisins are not too moist and the sweetness is enhanced.

It contains nearly twice as many raisins as before. (Use the same bread dough as before)

A rich boolean is a fluffy bread dough filled with butter.

By baking, the butter melts out and you can enjoy the crunchy, fluffy, and juicy texture.

In addition, if you do not bake freshly baked bread, be sure to rebake it in the toaster, so the dough will have a completely different texture.
