Tsubomi greens and carrot namul, Japanese-style soaked leaf onions, stir-fried small potatoes with mayonnaise, broccoli salad, etc.
Although there are many relatively warm days this year, we have prepared vegetables that have increased in sweetness and nutrition in the cold weather, and are seasoned with simple and delicious flavors.
During the winter, the buffet style is only available on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
We are open every day on weekdays with a la carte menu, so please come and enjoy the farm-grown winter vegetables.
