At Tategamori Ark Farm, we hold a "Plants Gathering Class" once a month.
Last month it was held on February 23rd (Sunday).
Although the weather was bad with a sudden snowstorm, nine students participated.
Several of our students have been participating since the first event.
I am also learning a lot because you create something wonderful every time d(⌒ー⌒)!
Gathering is a technique of combining netsuke flowers and leaves like a bouquet.
Those taking this lesson for the first time will be surprised because the soil is removed and planted in a way that would be unimaginable with normal group planting! !
The work of removing soil and dividing the plants may be exciting until you get used to it f(^_^;
I have no choice but to get used to it!
If you do this step properly, you are sure to end up with a delicate and gorgeous piece! !
The next event will be held on Sunday, March 15th.
We are looking forward to your participation if you are interested or would like to try it out (*≧∀≦*)
Well, the ranch's flower shop ``Plant Shop'', which was closed during the winter, will reopen from March 20th (Friday).
We have colorful farm-grown pansies and violas available at great prices. We also sell gathering works.
It's sure to be a great gift! ! it's recommended.
We hope to be able to help you with gardening that will bring smiles to your faces this year, so please come and visit us.
