Hello everyone!
My name is Nakao, and I am in my third year working at Hanaizumi Farm in the Pig Farming Division, where I am in charge of the farrowing shed where mother pigs and piglets are taken care of.

This year, the energetic first-year juniors have joined us, and it's already been three months already!
When I first started, I was a bit scared because there was so much to memorize, but gradually I was able to do more and more things, and now I'm very happy when people report to me, ``I can do this well!''

My juniors, who are in their second year, are also in teaching positions this year, and they are tackling their work more firmly and with a sense of responsibility than last year. I am filled with joy as I see them step up a notch by having juniors join them, and I feel they are growing even more.
I'm in a completely different position than last year, and I'm very grateful to be able to work with them and think about what we can do to make things better for the pigs!

Nowadays, I once again feel that my juniors are very valuable people who help me grow. I also want to grow so as not to lose to my juniors who are growing more and more every day!
