The weather is not refreshing, but if it's true, "summer is in full swing,"

Under the scorching sun, a bloody charcoal fire and meat battle.
BBQ = meat, but I changed my mind when I came to Tategamori.
BBQ = Sausage! (=BBQ sausage!)

Those of you who have visited Tategamori Ark Ranch may know this.
You can buy it as ingredients at ① farm market in the ranch,
②Welcome House Kinomi, or ③Morioka night market kitchen car only
It's a sausage you can't eat.

Look at this volume!
All parts of Tategamori Kogen pork are luxuriously kneaded and punched with garlic.
The seasoned flavor is carefully grilled over charcoal on the BBQ,
It's perfect for beer.

For those who say "I don't have a chance to BBQ" or "Charcoal fire..."
My recommendation is
① First, return to room temperature
②Spread aluminum foil for cooking (cooker, etc.) on a frying pan and bake
If you use this cooking aluminum foil, it conducts heat well and does not burn easily.
Juicy and browned without breaking the sausage skin
can be raised. (Personal opinion, about 10 minutes on low heat)
