5S activities began in earnest within the company, and a 5S Committee was established.

Our farm market won the first annual 5S Grand Prize.
Since then, it has been far from the top for a while.

Every month, 14 departments compete to see how complete their 5S activities are, and the "Monthly 5S Grand Prize" is decided.
The accumulation of monthly 5S Grand Prizes will lead to the "Annual 5S Grand Prize".

Three years have passed since I was transferred from the Agriculture and Pasture Department to the Farm Market.
Finally, I was able to take a wider view of my surroundings.

Now I can seriously focus on 5S activities,
This year, we have already won the Monthly 5S Grand Prize three times in the first half of the year.

Winning the annual 5S Grand Prize is no dream. We will do our best as a team.

Before: The document compartments are miscellaneous and lack a sense of unity, and the display is disorganized and doesn't fit well.

After: Create shelves using scrap wood in the ceiling and locker space.
By using recycled cardboard of the same size as the document case,
It maintains a sense of unity and gives the impression of being neatly organized.
