[Exquisite! Yamakake Hot Pot of Tategamori Kogen Pork】
■ Ingredients (for 2 people)
◎Tategamori highland pork belly 300g
○ Chinese cabbage 1/4
○ 4 shiitake mushrooms
○ enoki mushroom half
△ 1/3 long yam
・Dashi soup 300ml (adjust according to the size of the pot)
・3 tablespoons of soy sauce and sake
*Adjust ingredients and seasonings other than nagaimo to your liking.
■ How to make
① Cut the 〇 ingredients into easy-to-eat sizes.
△ is seasoned with a small amount of dashi stock.
Cut ◎ into 3 equal lengths.
② Spread the 〇 and ◎ cut in the earthenware pot alternately on top of the mille-feuille.
Add dashi stock, soy sauce, and sake to 70% of the earthen pot, cover with a lid, and turn the heat to medium.
③ When it boils, reduce the heat to "low heat" and heat for 10 minutes, being careful not to boil over.
After that, pour △ over the top, cover again, and keep warm for 3 minutes.
