“Tonkatsu Fair” was held at Tategamori Ark Farm from February 19th to February 21st!
We sell tonkatsu fillets made from Tategamori Plateau pork, and upon customer request, we can add a batter made from farm-grown eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs. Tonkatsu was also lined up on the buffet at Restaurant Tills. Here is a video of how delicious tonkatsu is made.
