My name is Mitsuyoshi Chiba, the pig farming division, and I joined the company on September 14th last year.
I am in charge of transporting compost at Hanaizumi Farm. Since the compost is loaded into the dump by heavy machinery, we work with safety in mind.

I am working on setting up a compost to ferment the compost. I don't have the skill to ferment, so I'm working while paying attention to daily changes. I would like to do my best to become a worker as soon as possible.
