Hello.
My name is Iwatani from the Marketing Department.
A few of our staff have also posted on our blog about the spring conditions at ARK Ranch.
One of my favorites too. . .
↑The location is uphill near Yumemigaoka Garden,
Looking towards the farm market from around the sheep shed ahead.
The view from the cliff is a pale pink that can only be seen in spring.
The contrast between the blue sky and the clouds is so good!
Coupled with the sheep nearby, you can enjoy the idyllic scenery.
Although the cherry blossoms are falling now,
Pass the baton to the tulips in Yumemigaoka Garden, the pansies in Nijinooka Garden, and the viola.
Spring's "full bloom relay" is the next runner.
Well, one year has passed since I transferred from the Pig Farming Division to the Marketing Division.
Since this is the department that is the closest to our customers, I always work hard with a sense of tension.
For a while after I transferred, I had a lot of troubles, as the days continued to be pushed by that feeling of tension.
However, with the help of various senior employees and colleagues, I became able to hold myself up (maybe?).
When I look back on those difficult times, I often think that my preconceptions are what drives me.
If business continues to go wrong, a negative feeling will be overwhelmed. It's clear that in such a situation, nothing can be done. It is often said that “mental skills are also part of skills”.
I thought I knew it in my head for a long time, but I learned it by myself.
That's why I focus on "clean packaging" and "work speed", and in the corner of my head, I enjoy working every day while imagining "the face of the customer when the product arrives".
And we will deliver the products with the feelings of the people in charge of production and processing.
Finally, packing is the same, but if you have any dissatisfaction or concerns about other services in general,
Please contact us by phone or email. I am looking forward to continuing our good relationship.
