This year's main cultivars are May Queen, Danshaku, and Kitaakari, continuing from last year.
In addition to these, we also grow colored varieties such as Northern Ruby and Andean Red.

Finally sprouted. This year the buds are a little slower than usual.

All the staff will do their best while consulting with the weather so that we can harvest a lot of potatoes that are used in many dishes, such as meat potatoes, potato butter, potato salad, etc.

Harvested potatoes can be purchased online or in stores. Also, the day will come when you can taste it at restaurants such as Tills on the ranch, so please look forward to it!
