Hello.
It's sunny this morning, but it's getting cloudy.
On my way to work, as I approached the ranch, there was a row of pink and white dogwood trees.
It blooms very beautifully, and I feel comfortable commuting every day with the clear sky and dark green.
And speaking of dark green, it is a wheat field.
It's refreshing to see the wheat fields swaying in the wind.
Recently, the ears of wheat have grown and I am looking forward to the harvest.
Wheat used at Ark Ranch, Nanbu wheat (medium flour) and Ginga no Chikara (strong flour)
We grow it ourselves and use it for sweets, bread, pork buns, curry roux, etc.
The wheat we are currently using has characteristics depending on the year, and is from the second year of Reiwa.
It has the original sweetness and aroma of wheat, and has a very natural color.
In particular, you can feel the original taste of wheat, which is sold at the farm market.
Butter top and baguette are recommended.
