Today we will introduce ARK's original yakiniku sauce.

There are two types of yaki-niku sauce, sweet and dry, with no oil.
The oil-free sweet sauce has a light taste to bring out the flavor of the meat.
If you marinate it with your favorite vegetables for a while, the sweetness of the sauce and vegetables soaks into the meat and you can enjoy it.
The spicy sauce is a yakiniku sauce that has the spiciness of bean sauce.
If you prefer a strong flavor, you can also enjoy it by rubbing it into the meat before grilling.

In addition to yakiniku, I personally recommend jjigae-style soup.
A hot dish that uses pork belly, Chinese cabbage, and Chinese chives, and is perfect for the coming season when the temperature drops.
It's also a short time menu that can be done in about 10 minutes, so please try it.
