My name is Takuya Sato, and I joined Sakanoue Farm in the Pig Farming Division in April of this year.
At Sakanoue Farm, we manage pigs during the fattening period and ship them. In other words, the quality of the meat changes greatly depending on how much fat the pig can be made in the last period before shipping and whether it can be shipped at the appropriate time. For that reason, I do everything I can to make sure the pigs are comfortable and grow well.
That said, I've gradually become able to identify pigs who are completely amateurs who have been on the farm for less than half a year and are in poor health, but I'm not perfect at it. . (Crying) The seniors are not overlooking the signs of a weak pig and are treating it accurately, so it seems that it will take a long time to reach that level... In order to catch up with my seniors as soon as possible, I want to grow every day while referring to their opinions and work performance.
