We have been steadily working on recycling-oriented agriculture in order to "prepare a green global environment through agriculture."
These okara sausages [2 types] are the result of the passion of a tofu shop in Ichinoseki City, Iwate Prefecture, who wondered if there was a way to use high-quality okara made from domestic soybeans more effectively, and the craftsmanship of our workshop manager. This is a sausage product that also tackles the issue of food loss, which was born out of the resonance of the product.

Customers have said things like, ``Even my daughter was eating it because it doesn't have a bad aftertaste,'' and ``I'm happy that it's low in calories.''Buyers have also said, ``I just wanted to sell products related to the SDGs,'' and ``As expected. We have received many happy comments such as "Ark's sausages are delicious."
