Today, I would like to once again introduce ``okara sausage'' from a slightly different perspective.
Okara is also called ``Kirazu'' because it can be eaten without cutting it with a knife.
In the dialects of southern Iwate Prefecture and northern Miyagi Prefecture, it is called ``Kishazu.''

Dialects...They are not used much these days, so there are many words that are difficult to understand.
