Good day Good evening.
My name is Keitaro Nakamura from the Pig Farming Division.
This time, I would like to talk about looking back over the year.

What impressed me most this term was the depth and difficulty of pig farming.
Pig farming is roughly divided into the breeding department and the fattening department, and I belong to the fattening department.
The main task of the fattening department is to increase the weight of the piglets raised by the breeding department.
This year marks the 3rd year of the fattening department, so the amount of work we do for the first time has decreased.
However, there is no such thing as saying that the work is perfect.
In order for the piglets to grow freely, it is important to keep the environment in the pigsty comfortable every day, but it is not easy.
The outside temperature and humidity change daily in spring, summer, autumn and winter.
Also, even in the same season, the environment changes depending on whether it is rainy or sunny, or when the wind is strong or weak.
Adjusting the environment while worrying about today's correct answer every day is difficult, but if you can adjust it well, the pigs will run around and play.
Seeing that made me happy that today went well, but at the same time, I strongly felt the depth and difficulty of maintaining an appropriate environment.

In a natural environment that changes every day, there are many mistakes, but there are also many new experiences.
Tomorrow than today, and the day after tomorrow, I will know things that I don't know today.
