My name is Onodera and I work at the bakery in the production and sales department.
There have been more and more warm days lately, and it seems like spring is already here.

A year has already passed since I started working at ARK.
At first, I was very confused as there were many things I had never experienced before.
I learned a lot from each of my first experiences.
For example, Ark Farm's popular soft serve ice cream,
I was surprised that not only the cream but also the cones were made by hand.
I had never heard of a shop that made corn from dough and baked it.
Of course, there are other shops that make it, but I don't think there are many that make it by hand without any additives.
I am learning so much every time I am able to be involved in such valuable work.

In the upcoming season, the flowers at Ark Farm will begin to bloom.
