This time, I would like to introduce some of my personal favorite ways to eat Ham Koubou's products.
First is the vegetable sausage.
Pot-au-feu is highly recommended, and I use carrots, potatoes, and onions at home.
Put the vegetable sausage in there.
The umami of the original vegetables of the pot-au-feu + the umami of the vegetables and meat of the vegetable sausage are added, making it very delicious.
Next is white sausage.
It is characterized by its silky [fluffy] texture.
I like to eat it hot in the oven or in a frying pan so that it is browned all over.
When it is browned, it becomes elastic on the outside and has a crisp texture and is very delicious.
