Last year, the number of people at the weaning shed I was in charge of increased, and it became busier than ever.
As the number of people increases, we need to figure out how to allocate work well and accurately and speedily.
I feel like I have to use my brain more than when I am working alone, such as whether to proceed or not.

Not everyone moves in the same way, so it's best to proceed with your own work while monitoring the situation.
Once again, I realized how difficult it is.

This year, I will look back on myself from last year and provide accurate instructions and help so that everyone can move easily and efficiently.
