Six months have passed in the blink of an eye since I joined the company last October!
Time passes so quickly that even I am surprised.
You may think so because you entered the meat industry with no experience.
Now, my main work is minced meat production, offal cleaning, ginjo miso, sauce making, etc.

After joining the company, I experienced a series of culture shocks!
We are not yet ready to commercialize meat, but we will continue to acquire more knowledge and skills to become a full-fledged chef.
