I was able to celebrate my 20th year in the company this year.
For the past 20 years, I've been taking pictures of landscapes and people on the ranch,
This year, I would like to look back on the memories of 20 years on my blog.
Last time, we looked back on the years 2004-2010.
This time it is from 2011 to 2015.
2011
I was entrusted with the manager of the farm market,
The Great East Japan Earthquake occurred when we were preparing to welcome the full-scale season.
I was outside, but the shaking was so strong that I couldn't stand.
After the shaking subsided, I hurriedly checked the inside of the store,
Surprisingly, the only damage was a bottle of juice on the floor.
I remember being impressed with how sturdy the building was.
My parents' house (Tagajo City, Miyagi Prefecture) was damaged by the tsunami.
I will never forget the great support I received from the company.

year 2012
Local burgers and B-class gourmet food became popular, and we produced and sold the “Tategamori Burger”.
Of course, everything is farm-harvested produce.
At the Tategamori Harvest Festival held every autumn, 200 pieces sold out quickly.
2013
Marriage-hunting events are held everywhere, and Tategamori Ark Ranch also held them three times a year.
At its peak, it was held with a total of less than 300 men and women.
There was also a couple who got married at the matchmaking event at Tategamori Ark Ranch.

2014
We made a big change to the BBQ menu.
A very popular special set was born in this year.
Although it was limited to this year, there was a "Nanbu Kashiwa BBQ Set" that served chicken.
They were very popular.
2015
I was transferred to the current agriculture department (animal management) for the first time in 6 years.
It was in this year that the first in-house athletic meet was held.
I was honored to serve as the Executive Committee Chairperson of the 1st Sports Festival.
Nowadays, the groundwork for the sports festival is somewhat established, but it was very difficult because there was no precedent for it.
After that, the second generation deputy farm manager Nobuhiro Sasaki and the third generation assistant manager Kaori Masuda,
With the support of the members, we were able to finish the sports day with great success.
