Spring has arrived, and the number of vegetables available at farm markets is gradually increasing.

My recommendation is to boil the buds in salted water, drain the water and cut them into 2-3cm pieces.
Put mayonnaise and your favorite miso (either red or white) in a bowl in a ratio of about 4:1.
Stir well and toss with the mustard greens. Taste and add a little sugar if you want it sweeter.
If you get tired of ohitashi, try making this. You can also make it with spinach, green beans, or Japanese cucumber.
Daffodils, red plum blossoms, and seasonal cherry blossoms have begun to bloom in the park.
