Extreme weather this year
Extremely hot days continue in June, and the rainy season ends earlier than ever before
Beginning in July, we were plagued by long rains, and although the potatoes grown outdoors were about to be harvested, the mercy of being unable to harvest continued.
Potato harvest of about 8 tons finally completed on August 2nd
The original schedule was scheduled for mid-July, but it was delayed by about 3 weeks.
A tractor cannot enter the field, and even if it does, the potatoes will be covered with moist soil, causing quality problems.
Somehow completed successfully with the cast of Tila Farm
This year's yield is 10% higher than last year
Also good shape
We will solve the problems to improve both yield and quality next year.
Fried small potatoes will soon appear on the menu at restaurant Tills
Everyone, please stay tuned
