The Ark Group conducts committee activities.

The committee activities are as follows:

5S Committee

Events and Customer Satisfaction Improvement Committee

Smile Up Committee

In-house Pig Festival Executive Committee

Safety and Health Committee

This term, I have been serving as the chairman of the Smile Up Committee.

The Smile Up Committee works to increase employee motivation.

This term, our activities have been centered around two areas: distributing customer feedback and in-house internships.

In customer feedback,

We distribute the feedback received about mail-order gifts within the company,

Starting this season, we will be shooting customer interview videos at events,

We will be releasing information that we have not been able to distribute before, such as information on young leaves, restaurants, and customer feedback for Tira Farm.

We've been incorporating new activities to keep things from becoming monotonous!

In-house internships include:

The Arc Group is conducting

Pig farming, ranch business, fertilizer production, feed production, employment support, etc.

We ask all employees to raise the resolution of various activities,

I have been working to increase motivation.

The event was held three times this term and was well received by employees.

I usually work in the ranch business department,

Experienced pig shipments from Fujisawa Farm,

The difficulty of the work and the amount of responsibility

I learned a wide variety of things and it was a very satisfying internship!!!

I would like to continue doing this in the future!

I think we were able to carry out good committee activities that also enabled us to achieve new initiatives!
