I joined the company as a new employee in April, the day before yesterday.
I can't help but be amazed at how quickly a day passes and how much time has passed already.
I wanted to be a junior forever! But before I knew it, I had a junior in my life.
I still remember how anxious I was about everything, wondering what I could teach my juniors and how I should act as a senior, and even being scared about whether we would be able to get along with each other.
When I actually started working, I realized how difficult it was to communicate when my juniors asked me questions or when I tried to explain something to them. However, thanks to that experience, I was able to grow as a person by thinking, "Next time, I'll try to explain things in a certain way. I'll try to understand things in more detail."
However, due to my lack of experience there are still many things I don't understand or I am unable to express myself clearly, so I would like to continue growing together with my juniors.
In my third year, I will become an even more reliable senior!!
