Hello everyone.

I'm Iori Ishikawa and I'm in my first year at Tategamori Ark Ranch Manufacturing and Sales Department.

Currently, I am undergoing two months of training at Miyagi Prefecture's Meat Distribution Public Corporation to acquire butchering techniques.

Even if we cut the same kind of meat, there are different ways to cut meat from ARK.

During such training, I was able to visit a slaughterhouse yesterday.
It's a rare sight, so it was interesting to see how the pork came to ARK Ranch.

I can't post the image, but I was surprised that there was relatively little odor and I was working in an environment with particularly strict hygiene management!

There is only one month left in the training, but I will do my best to bring back everything I learned into my own strength and become a force for the manufacturing and sales department!

So everyone, when I get back to Ark Ranch, please come and buy some meat! !
