My name is Saki Tanabe, and I work in the Pig Farming Division. I served as vice-chair of this year's Sports Day and Company Pig Festival Executive Committee.

Every October, ARK Group holds an event in which all employees participate. We usually hold a sports day, but this year we held a new initiative, the "Company Pig Festival."

As the name suggests, the In-house Pig Festival was started with the idea of holding a pig festival for employees similar to the one held for customers, with the hope that it would be an opportunity for employees to have fun while deepening their understanding of the group's products.

However, since this was our first time, I had no idea what to do to make everyone enjoy it, and I struggled at first.

The day itself was hectic with some unexpected happenings, but the committee members were able to use the strengths of their own departments to support each other and complete the event without any problems.

After the event, employees gave

"I was happy to be able to try a product I had never tried before."

"I want you to do it again."

We received some very kind comments.

As this was the first time the event was held, there were many shortcomings, but it was able to be held successfully thanks to the cooperation of the chairman, committee members, and people from various departments.

We will do our best to make next year's event enjoyable for even more employees.
