2019-2020 Edition

I was transferred to the manufacturing and sales department for the first time in four years.
This year was a turbulent year that I will never forget, and it was the hardest in my 20 years.

Among them, "Nuts and dried fruits sold by weight",
We challenged a new initiative called "Tonkatsu Fair".
The Tonkatsu Fair was very popular and we continued to hold it regularly.

In addition, in the production of pork buns,
I experienced the joys and hardships of the manufacturing site.
Freshly steamed hot pork buns are the most delicious!

In the 1day farmer's tour, we hold a pizza baking experience tour,
Harvesting fresh vegetables and toppings on dough made from farm wheat,
We baked and ate it in the kiln assembled by all the participants.

I made many prototypes until the actual production, but the pizza fell into the kiln,
There was also a time when I was completely burnt. (The show was a success)

At the charity pork show, young female employees sang and danced.
I just hope that we will be able to do this kind of entertainment again in the near future.

Looking back on 20 years of memories is finally the end.
