When I joined Arc, I was surprised by the tenderness and sweetness of the fat of Tategamori Highland Pork. I have bought and eaten meat several times since I joined the company, and I am always impressed by the sweetness of the fat. When I treat my family and friends, they all say it's "tender"! My favorite is tonkatsu. I'm only 19 years old, but I'm already finding it hard to eat greasy foods. However, the fat of Tategamori Highland Pork is light and I can eat a lot of it. The shabu-shabu was also very delicious. I think there is a lot to learn by eating it. I would like to pursue the deliciousness of Tategamori Highland Pork by eating different parts and finding new ways to eat it.
