The bread is fluffy and the cookie dough on the outside has a crunchy texture. This melon bread is additive-free. These days, sweet breads use additives to make them fluffy and crispy, but they are becoming harder to buy even though they are cheap.

However, at our bakery, we use our artisan's techniques to make our bread crunchy and fluffy without using any additives. You can also enjoy the wheat aroma that is rarely found in sweet breads.
