My name is Hiroshi Sasaki from Tategamori Ark Ranch Farming Department.

Well, I would like to look back at 2022 this year!

Joined in February 2022! After that, I experienced "in-house training" for about two months, and at first I went around five farms for training in the pig farming business, which is the core industry of ARK. It was my first time raising pigs and I didn't know anything about it, but every day I saw pigs and felt firsthand the ARK philosophy of "FOOD IS LIFE."

Since I came to the current farm business department in April, every day has been "study! Study!" It was a lot of hard work to learn, but I still feel that I was able to have a good time thanks to the warm welcome of my friends in the Agriculture and Livestock Club.
The main person in charge was also in charge of the landscape management of the ranch, mainly grapes, but from September, I was in charge of wheat, and since then I have been plowing about 10 ha of wheat fields with a tractor almost every day. I was very happy when I was encouraged by the encouragement, "It's cultivated so beautifully that it can be said that it's the best in the past!"

I also planted tulips for the first time in my life while working on the farm.
I also learned about the hardships of the person in charge of planting while thinking about where to color-code more than 200,000 bulbs for flowering from the end of April next year! All for the smiles of the "customers" who come to visit us!

We are currently in the middle of animal management training within the Agriculture Department!
We manage the animals on display on the farm on a daily basis.
Even the same animal has its own "personality", and this is also really a learning experience!

This year has been really fruitful for me!
Next year, I will improve myself further, improve my skills, devote myself to it, and strive to achieve positive thinking.
