It's early and it's already been 20 days since the new year. The older you get, the faster time seems to pass.

What I want to work on this year for the new year is to raise the level of 5s.
I belong to the 5s committee and make a 5s activity plan for my farm and work with everyone on the site.
In my previous job, I worked in a factory all the time, but now I work on a farm, so the 5S approach is completely different.
When I was working in a factory, it was natural to clean things up, and it was natural to put things back in their original condition.
However, the current state of the farm is not the same as when I was working in a factory.
Farms are also animals, so there are times when we have to take out tools and materials in a hurry due to sudden troubles, but in such cases, there are many things that are not cleaned up after repairs. As a result, tool yards and parts warehouses are destroyed and become miserable. It is the 5s of our farm to restore it.

So, this year, I would like to take advantage of my previous job experience to improve the level of 5S with everyone on the site by thinking about and implementing initiatives that can be taken for granted to clean things and put things back in their original condition.
