This time I would like to talk about my experience working in the butcher industry and my future goals.
I was notified about the thigh shaping test about 3 months ago. At that time, I was very nervous. Although I didn't shape even 10 heads, I received a lot of guidance from my seniors, and I passed the test on October 20th with the help of Assistant Manager Hashinuma!
Recently, I learned how to shape belly meat. The next thing I want to be able to do is to make minced meat and shape shoulder and shoulder loin meat. To do this, I will input the explanations of my seniors into my head and actively ask questions about things I don't understand. I think it's important to learn by watching. I will imitate the shaping techniques of my seniors so that I can shape the meat in a short amount of time so that it doesn't lose its freshness. There are videos on shaping on YouTube, so I want to watch them and make sure I remember them.
I want to use my youth and physical strength to contribute to the team! I'll do my best as the youngest member!
