It snowed again today! So today's dinner is hot pot.
This time, I made a pot using Ark rose slices.
The full-bodied pork belly goes perfectly with the hot pot. In particular, ARK's pork has little smell and the fat is sweet, so it's very easy to eat.
It was delicious.
