Hello everyone, it's been a while. This is Kosei from the bakery.
It's gotten really cold recently. I'm surprised the temperature is in single digits.
As the title suggests, we are currently moving to the next phase in our bakery, through evolution and innovation.
First of all, regarding evolution, we are fortunate to have the opportunity to make a lot of bread, and our skills are improving rapidly. We practice every day in order to provide even more delicious bread than before.
We can't reveal anything about the new products yet, but we are working on developing new products. Please look forward to seeing what new breads will be released!
